5 ways to create magic and level-up your organisation

I’ve worked as a leadership mentor and a coach for over a decade. I’m head-over-knees passionate about deep human connection and how it can help us level-up ourselves and our organisations. I’ve discovered that one of the key things we need to concentrate on, when we want to bring our organisation to a new level, is the growth of the people.

Today I’m going to tell you about an experience one of my clients went through, which confirmed this perspective multiple times. I have a client, Proekspert, who helps other companies build digital products. Couple of months ago they invited me to facilitate what they call “empathy talks”. Basically, what they do is, after a project is finished, in addition to asking for written feedback on a form, they go through a series of almost intimate talks with key people from the client organisation to really understand their perception of the collaboration and the value they got.
