5 ways to create magic and level-up your organisation

I’ve worked as a leadership mentor and a coach for over a decade. I’m head-over-knees passionate about deep human connection and how it can help us level-up ourselves and our organisations. I’ve discovered that one of the key things we need to concentrate on, when we want to bring our organisation to a new level, is the growth of the people.

Today I’m going to tell you about an experience one of my clients went through, which confirmed this perspective multiple times. In fact, I found strong evidence of 5 key things about the development of organisations. And in this article I am going to share those with you. I’ll tell you this story as I would tell my friend.

I have a client, Proekspert, who helps other companies build digital products. Couple of months ago they invited me to facilitate what they call “empathy talks”. Basically, what they do is, after a project is finished, in addition to asking for written feedback on a form, they go through a series of almost intimate talks with key people from the client organisation to really understand their perception of the collaboration and the value they got. It has given them invaluable insights about their clients, things that would otherwise be overlooked.
